Kedar Morarka, IPW’s founder and President, has more than 26 years of experience in product development, engineering, manufacturing and management. He held senior technical and management positions in the consumer electronics and imaging supplies industries for many years prior to starting IPW. Kedar has over 80 successful imaging products to his credit, including three patents. He holds a MSME from Ohio State University and an MBA from Texas Tech University.
Co-founder and Executive Vice President
Keith Arnold, IPW’s co-founder and Executive Vice President, has more than four decades in operations management, business start-up and overall business system development. Keith has held senior management positions in the imaging supplies industry for over 35 years. Previously, he successfully established three separate business divisions, the largest of which had 700 employees and more than $45 million in annual sales. Keith holds a BS in Accounting from Penn State University.
Chief Financial Officer, Chief Visionary Officer
Senia Hamwi is a CPA with a B.S. in Accounting from George Mason University. She comes with a unique background of Accounting and Wellness, merging her experience and passion as both the Chief Financial Officer responsible for IPW’s accounting and finance functions, and as the Chief Visionary Officer for IPW’s Wellness Program. Senia has more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of accounting, auditing and financial management, operating and managing her own business for 12 of those years. Sprinkled with experience as a Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Lifestyle Educator, and Cooking Instructor, she created the Wellness Program to add to the already dynamic company culture at IPW.
Vice President of Manufacturing
Joel Cornuet is responsible for IPW’s production, purchasing, and product development as the Operations Manager. Joel comes from an automotive technology and engineering background, and has more than 16 years of operational experience. In the 14 years that Joel has been with IPW he has been deeply involved with implementing and maintaining a Toyota Production Systems lean manufacturing culture, reducing operating costs, increasing product quality, releasing new products to market, and reducing raw material carrying costs. Joel attained his A.A.S in Automotive Technology from Red Rocks Community College.
