DeDe Van Quill has a combined total of 30 years experience in the paper, packaging and toner industries.  Over the past eight years, in addition to running a non-profit organization, she has been working alongside her husband on the development and implementation of a 10 year business plan to regrow and reinvigorate the U.S. toner remanufacturing industry via business acquisitions and inter-industry collaborations.  Her purchase of the controlling interest in Image Projections West in Denver, Colorado is one more step toward achieving those goals.

Joel Cornuet is responsible for IPW’s production, purchasing, and product development as the Operations Manager. Joel comes from an automotive technology and engineering background, and has more than 16 years of operational experience. In the 14 years that Joel has been with IPW he has been deeply involved with implementing and maintaining a Toyota Production Systems lean manufacturing culture, reducing operating costs, increasing product quality, releasing new products to market, and reducing raw material carrying costs. Joel attained his A.A.S in Automotive Technology from Red Rocks Community College.
