At IPW, we believe that the community in which we work and live is the lifeblood of our business. That's why we take an active role in helping those around us. Standing on the sideline isn't enough. And it isn't who we are.

It all starts at home
We recognize the value of our employees; they're a big reason we can back up our claims of OEM-matching reliability. So we pay more, insure well and share generous portions of the profit. The average tenure of IPW production employees is an astonishing seven years. Clearly, a job at IPW is a job worth keeping.

Proactively improving tomorrow
Not only do we give the community a stable place of employment, IPW also invests in programs outside of the workplace. By creating environments where hope and inspiration thrive, coming generations of leaders, teachers and parents have a solid foundation to build on.

Through our partnership with The Bridge Project, we help youth in Denver's public housing neighborhoods get the tools they need for bright futures. There's no limit to the number of triumph-over-diversity stories enabled by private tutoring, college scholarships and an emphasis on leadership and study skills.
