Kedar Morarka, IPW’s founder and President, has more than 26 years of experience in product development, engineering, manufacturing and management. He held senior technical and management positions in the consumer electronics and imaging supplies industries for many years prior to starting IPW. Kedar has over 80 successful imaging products to his credit, including three patents. He holds a MSME from Ohio State University and an MBA from Texas Tech University.
Keith Arnold Co-founder and Executive Vice President
Keith Arnold, IPW’s co-founder and Executive Vice President, has more than three decades in operations management, business start-up and overall business system development. Keith has held senior management positions in the imaging supplies industry for over 20 years. Previously, he successfully established three separate business divisions, the largest of which had 700 employees and more than $45 million in annual sales. Keith holds a BS in Accounting from Penn State University.
Brian Grady Chief Financial Officer
Brian Grady is responsible for IPW’s accounting and finance functions as the Chief Financial Officer. Brian is a Senior Accounting and Finance Executive with a proven record and broad experience in all aspects of accounting, auditing and financial management. With 20 years of experience, Brian has been involved with growing businesses, many acquisitions, debt raising, and strategic planning. Brian obtained his Masters of Science Degree from Walsh College and Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Michigan State University.
Tony Telesmanic Chief Sales and Marketing Officer
Tony Telesmanic leads the IPW sales and marketing efforts as the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. Tony is an experienced executive with over 30 years in product engineering, manufacturing, distribution, merchandising and sales. Prior to joining IPW, Tony was Vice President of Technology and Imaging Sales at Staples. His experience provides IPW with an in-depth understanding of customer needs and how to best meet those needs with IPW products. Tony obtained his BS degree from Marquette University and served on active duty as a United States Naval Officer.
