IPW was founded with the strong belief and conviction of it's management team that it is possible to produce high quality imaging supplies that rival OEM products in quality and reliability. IPW management teams have developed superior technologies which save our clients substantial dollars.  As a leader in our industry, we continue to grow through new product innovations.

Kedar Morarka

Kedar Morarka, the company founder and president, has more than 26 years of experience in product development, engineering, manufacturing and management.

He has held senior technical and management positions in the consumer electronics and Imaging supplies industry for many years prior to starting IPW. Kedar has over 80 successful imaging products to his credit including three patents. He holds a MSME from Ohio State University and an MBA from Texas Tech University.

Keith Arnold

Keith Arnold, co-founder and Executive Vice President of IPW has more than 28 years in operations management, business start-up and overall business system development.

Keith has held senior management and positions in the Imaging supplies industry for over 20 years. Keith has successfully established three separate business divisions, the largest of which had 700 employees and more than $45 million in annual sales. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Penn State University.

Richard Hoyt

Rich Hoyt is IPW's corporate controller responsible for all accounting and financial functions. Rich has more than 15 years experience in all aspects of corporate accounting and finance.

Rich has held senior financial controller level positions in food processing and metal fabrication industries in US and South America. He has successfully implemented major accounting and financial systems including all hardware and software. Rich is a graduate of the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce.

Joseph Fuller

Joseph Fuller, National Sales Manager for IPW brings over 20 years experience in the IT industry, as a successful Strategic Territory Manager on a National basis. He has been successful in helping many national organizations in solving key issues with their supplies and IT solution needs. Joe holds Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Virginia Commonwealth University.
